At the dawn of the 31st year of his career, our founder, Rob Carr, found himself at a crossroads. After a six-year stint as a state government executive, Rob decided to pause to consider his next challenge.

The seeds of authenticity this company represents were planted decades ago in a small town in western Pennsylvania. Show up. Be yourself. Pay attention. Tell the truth. Be respectful. Keep your word.
